Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to lead technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on development expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce development teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct client discussions, solution design sessions, demos, and technical workshops.
• Manage technical deliverables, effort estimations, risks, and quality standards.
• Drive Salesforce integrations, data migration, and Agile delivery.

Required Skills
• 7+ years of overall development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.




• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ERP integrations, SSO, and Git/GitHub.
• Experience in solution design, client management, and leading development teams.
• 3–4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.

Important: Bangalore location is mandatory. Willingness to travel is required.
