The Role:
As an Analyst at Bridgegap, you'll be the engine of insight generation, supporting consultants and managers in solving real business challenges for our clients. Every recommendation you help build will be grounded in rigorous analysis, structured thinking, and real market intelligence.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research across the real estate sector
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities
- Track competitor strategies, pricing, positioning, and innovations
- Support customer insight work: behavior, preferences, and demand drivers
- Help structure business problems, form hypotheses, and turn raw data into clear insights
- Create structured, client-ready presentations with clear storylines
- Take part in market visits, stakeholder interviews,



and field research

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, research, or real estate roles
- Robust structured thinking and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
- High attention to detail and a curious, ownership-driven mindset
