Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms and property listings.
• Update room availability, rates, property details, images, and other listing information.
• Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Coordinate with property owners and internal teams regarding availability and bookings.
• Ensure property information is accurate, updated, and consistent across OTA platforms.
• Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and bookings.
• Assist in implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Resolve booking-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Provide excellent support and service to guests when required.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports related to bookings, revenue, and OTA performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.




• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and reservation management.
• Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with property owners and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of the hospitality and vacation rental industry is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
