Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to oversee application support operations,



ensure application availability, coordinate with vendors, and support business and regulatory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in application support and maintenance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Application Management.
• Familiarity with technologies such as .NET Framework or other application development frameworks.
• Working knowledge of databases such as MS SQL Server and MySQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate data objectively.
