Kosha Labs is building the real-world data infrastructure for physical AI. We collect large-scale egocentric data from real environments to help train the next generation of intelligent machines.
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Operations Lead to help us build and scale our collection network across India.
You’ll identify and onboard current collection sites across hospitality, retail, manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, agriculture, healthcare, automotive, construction, commercial kitchens, and other real-world environments.
What you’ll do:
• Scout and onboard new collection sites across India
• Build partnerships with businesses, operators, and institutions
• Take sites from initial conversation to active deployment
• Travel across India to identify new environments and opportunities
• Work closely with our operations team to rapidly scale data collection
• Help build a nationwide network of real-world environments for physical AI
We’re looking for someone who is highly resourceful, ambitious, great with people, and loves being on the ground getting things done. Ideally, you already have a strong network across businesses and industries in India and know how to open doors, build relationships, and get things moving quickly.
Location: Jaipur, with frequent travel across India.
