About the Role
Ingold Solutions is looking for a creative and data-driven Senior Executive – Social Media to join our team at our Kolkata head office. In this role, you will own our social media presence end-to-end, from shaping strategy and creating engaging content to managing channels day-to-day and turning performance insights into stronger brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
• Manage social media channels day-to-day, including scheduling, community management, and audience engagement
• Optimize social media profiles and content (SMO)



to improve reach, discoverability, and engagement
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, and use insights to refine strategy
• Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify current opportunities
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform features, and best practices
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and clear communication with the target audience

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proven experience in developing content strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and execute effectiv
