We're hiring a senior, hands-on Chief Growth Architect to own growth strategy, lead generation, sales conversion and partnerships across India and the UAE. Immediate joining (within 30 days).

About Sanz International
Sanz International is a 10-year-old, psychology-backed career guidance and international education company founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Safina Naaz. We combine scientific career mapping with admissions guidance:
• Career Counselling – the 360° Career Pilot Programme, a psychology-led process that gives every student a transparent, personalised career roadmap.
• Study Abroad – admissions guidance for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe, including an exclusive partnership with Gannon University (USA) and a Gannon India application centre.
• Study in Dubai / UAE – guiding students to Dubai campuses such as Middlesex, Heriot-Watt, Murdoch, Amity, BITS Pilani, Manipal, SP Jain and UOWD.
Sanz holds a Dubai DED licence and is preparing to launch in the UAE.

Founder & Director
• Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (on-site), with periodic travel to Dubai

• Manages: counsellors, marketing/CRM executive, freelancers and sub-agents

Key responsibilities
• Strategy & planning: own the annual and 90-day growth plan for all three services; set monthly targets; track competitors; build new revenue lines (school/college programmes, corporate and parent workshops, seminars, subscriptions).
• Online lead generation: manage Meta and Google Ads, landing pages and lead forms against cost-per-lead targets; run content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn; manage portal leads (Shiksha, Sulekha); build webinars and lead magnets.
• Offline & B2B: build the school and college pipeline (principal meetings, career talks, seminars, assessment camps); represent Sanz at fairs and events in Bengaluru and Dubai; manage sub-agents and referr
