Role Description The Executive Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Burari New Delhi 110084. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for insurance, sales, operations, and support positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The Executive Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and implement talent acquisition strategies.



Daily activities include using job boards and social platforms to identify candidates, maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring all hiring processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
