Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Sales – Counseling role based in Chennai. The individual in this role will guide prospective learners through Elewayte’s programs, understand their career goals, and counsel them on suitable learning paths. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations via phone or in person, and explaining course features, perks, and outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, following up with leads,



and supporting applicants through the enrollment process. Collaboration with academic and marketing teams to align counseling with program offerings and promotional campaigns is also part of the role.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Education and Training, with the ability to understand learning programs and guide learners effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with prospective learners, explain courses clearly, and build trust.
• Experience or interest in Teaching or academic counseling, with a learner-centric approach.
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide supportive guidance throughout the enrollment journey.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage a high volume of interactions professionally.
• Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tools, and comfort with using technology in day-to-day work.
