Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Gurugram, focused on the construction equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales by connecting with builders, construction companies, EPC contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include conducting field visits to construction sites and client locations, demonstrating construction equipment, understanding customer requirements, reviewing equipment applications, preparing and sharing quotations,



and following up with prospective clients. The role also involves building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, converting leads into customers, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.
The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel, fieldwork, and visiting construction sites and client offices as required.

Qualifications
• Experience or understanding of construction equipment sales, technical sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, identify potential customers, and develop recent business opportunities.
• Skills in conducting product demonstrations and explaining construction equipment features and applications.
• Ability to understand customer requirements, review equipment applications, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
