About UnacademyUnacademy is building a network of high-performance offline learning centres in Bengaluru for students preparing for JEE, NEET and Foundation-level examinations.
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage field acquisition channels, build local partnerships, counsel parents and students, and drive admissions.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle. You will work with leads generated through talent hunt exams, field activations, residential welfare associations (RWAs) and mobile van campaigns. From qualifying raw leads to counselling families and closing admissions, you will be responsible for driving conversions across your assigned channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Admission Conversion• Manage four acquisition channels: Talent Hunt Exams, Feet-on-Street activities,



RWA leads and Mobile Van campaigns.
• Filter and qualify raw field leads based on student grade, stream, contactability, genuine interest and centre catchment.
• Counsel parents and students on course offerings, exam preparation and admission opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve individual sales targets.
• Follow up with Talent Hunt leads within 48 hours of the exam and field-generated leads within 24 hours of capture.
• Work on Board Exam Activity leads after the initial screening by the inside sales team.

2. Channel Partnerships & Relationship Management• Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centres, RWAs, coaching partners and admission advisors.
• Drive Talent Hunt registrations through school and local partnerships.
• Participate in exam-day activities and personally follow up with high-performing students within 48 hours of results.
