Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth across target sectors such as hospitality, corporate offices, and commercial infrastructure. The role involves developing and executing regional business development plans, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, project coordination, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
