Role Description The Indian commi role is a full time, on-site position based at our restaurant in Bengaluru. The commi will assist in daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, cooking dishes under guidance, and supporting senior chefs in delivering authentic Indian cuisine. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality, following recipes and portion guidelines, and ensuring hygienic handling and storage of ingredients. The role also involves keeping the workstation clean, complying with safety and hygiene protocols,



and communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations during service hours.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills with a focus on Indian culinary practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills, including basic knife skills, understanding of recipes, and ability to follow chef instructions.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices in a professional kitchen.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams.
• Basic experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by restaurant operations.
