Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account and Back Office role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities such as recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements,



and assisting with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups. The team member will support back office operations including documentation, data entry, record keeping, and coordination with production and sales teams for accurate order and dispatch information. Responsibilities also include preparing basic financial and operational reports, supporting internal audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders, attention to detail, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and handling invoices and billing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), accounting or ERP software, and accurate data entry and documentation skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
