Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process, provide course-related information, and drive student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities• Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Assist with applications, documentation, and admission formalities.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong convincing, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Prior experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
