Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Up to ₹7 LPA (Sales) | As per experience (Dealing)
RoleBe the main point of contact for clients’ trading and investment needs: executing trades, advising clients, and growing the client base.
Responsibilities• Execute client buy/sell orders accurately and manage margins.
• Share market updates and suggest suitable investment strategies.
• Acquire current clients and meet monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell Demat, Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and Insurance.
• Ensure all trades and operations follow SEBI and internal compliance rules.
Requirements• Graduate from a recognized university
• 1–4 years in equity broking, dealing, or financial sales
• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and Kannada
• Working knowledge of trading platforms.
