Role Description The Office Assistant role at Graviton Space is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, greeting visitors, and handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The Office Assistant will coordinate meeting schedules, maintain office supplies, and ensure that office equipment is functioning properly. The role includes assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing records, and supporting internal communication across teams. The Office Assistant will work closely with operations and management to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional office setting.
Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and visitors.




• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and conference room systems.
• Computer literacy and hands on with office productivity tools (e.g., email, excel, word processing software).
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
• Relevant education in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage.
