Job Description Cloud Azure Engineer/Lead
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments across AzureAutomate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible (Azure), and native GCP services.Implement and manage DevOps automation for build, test, release, and deployment processes.Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS & GKE).Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using cloud‑native and open‑source tools.Collaborate with Dev, QA, Security, and Operations teams to improve deployment reliability and release velocity.Enforce security and governance best practices within CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous optimisation of DevOps workflows.Maintain documentation for pipelines, infrastructure, and automation processes.
Required Skills:
DevOps & AutomationStrong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions,
or GitLab CIHands‑on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (mandatory)Hands‑on Configuration management using Ansible (mandatory)Cloud PlatformsAzure: Azure DevOps, VMs, VNet, Storage, Key Vault, Azure MonitorContainers & OrchestrationDockerKubernetes (AKS and/or GKE)Scripting & Version ControlScripting using Bash / Shell / PythonGit‑based version control systemsOS & EnvironmentsStrong experience with Linux/Unix environments
Positive to Have Skills:
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)Exposure to cloud security, IAM, and policy‑based controlsExperience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Cloud LoggingCloud certifications (Azure Administrator)
