Role Description The Sales Executive role at STAN LEDx is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s LED lighting solutions to entertainment industry customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits and presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records,



collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets while providing a professional and consultative experience to clients.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Minimum 5yrs. experience in both B2B & B2C sales, preferably within lighting, electronics, entertainment, or related technical products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical features in clear, customer-focused language.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track pipelines and prepare
