About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage end-to-end Digital Marketing Projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and help align client objectives with deliverables within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and timelines for Digital Marketing Projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track progress and maintain documentation using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation, and share meeting minutes regularly.




• Communicate effectively with the internal team and provide timely deliverables to client, including SEO, website updates, content, and campaign launches.
• Identify project risks or blockers and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Support post-implementation review and suggest process improvements for better project efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or Marketing (or a related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in Digital Marketing Projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and digital marketing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and solid communication skills.
