If you've spent the last few years designing learning journeys, not just itineraries, we'd love to talk.
We're looking for someone who can take a learning objective and build backwards from it: find the right destination, the right partners, the right mix of experiences that make a program genuinely transformative for students. Research, design, pitch, iterate — that's the job.
What you'll do:
• Research and develop experiential and immersion programs for schools and universities — grounded in transparent learning outcomes
• Identify and build partnerships with academic institutions, industry partners, and on-ground operators globally
• Work closely with our sales and ops teams to bring programs from concept to execution
• Stay on top of trends in global education, student travel, and immersive learning
What we're looking for:
• 2–3 years of experience in program design, curriculum development, or educational travel — ideally at a study abroad,
immersive learning, or edtech company
• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people — you're comfortable cold-calling a university in Tokyo, pitching a concept to a school principal, or walking into a conference and making five new contacts
• AI-native in how you work — you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity as a natural part of your research and writing workflow, not as an afterthought
• Curious, self-directed, and opinionated about what makes a good learning program
Who we are:
