Role Description The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction in an on-site role based in Saket. This full-time position includes supervising service staff, coordinating table and bar service, and monitoring quality standards for food and beverages. The captain supports order taking and delivery, manages reservations and seating,



and addresses guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves training and guiding team members, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the bar and kitchen teams to maintain productive workflows. The Food and Beverage Captain reports service issues, assists with inventory checks, and helps implement promotional activities and special events.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a bar, lounge, or restaurant environment, with prior supervisory or captain-level responsibilities.
• Strong guest service orientation, with the ability to manage guest expectations, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage standards, menu presentation, cocktail and beverage service, and basic wine and spirits awareness.
