We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Operations Associate to support our investment operations, client onboarding, and day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Operations

* Process and coordinate mutual fund investment transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.
* Track transactions, resolve rejections, and ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, investment platforms, and other service providers.
* Maintain accurate investment and transaction records.

Client Onboarding & Documentation

* Manage account opening, KYC, FATCA, and other documentation requirements.
* Assist with NRI-specific investment documentation and account-related processes.
* Ensure client records are complete, accurate, and updated.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for smooth onboarding.

3. Operational Support & Coordination

* Work closely with financial advisors, planners, and client service teams.
* Resolve operational queries and follow up on pending requests.
* Track service requests and ensure completion within defined timelines.
* Proactively identify delays, errors, and operational bottlenecks.

4. Reporting & Compliance

* Maintain operational MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
* Conduct transaction reconciliations and periodic data checks.
* Maintain documentation and audit trails in line with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
