Weblink Solutions is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager whose work is measured in leads, not likes. You’ll own our social presence end to end across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, including the paid budget, and be directly accountable for turning audiences on those platforms into qualified pipeline for both our business and consumer segments.

This is an in-house, individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll set the strategy, produce and ship the content, run the campaigns, read the numbers and report what’s working to leadership.

What you’ll do
• Build and execute a social lead-generation strategy across organic and paid channels, with separate playbooks for B2B (LinkedIn-led) and B2C (Meta, YouTube, TikTok-led) audiences
• Own the paid social budget: planning, targeting, creative testing, bidding and optimisation on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube/Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Plan, create and publish content (copy, short-form video, carousels, stories) that drives clicks, sign-ups, demo requests and enquiries




• Design and optimise the full funnel: hooks, landing pages, lead magnets, lead forms and retargeting sequences
• Track and report on CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates and ROAS; run structured A/B tests and act on the results
• Work with sales and marketing to define lead qualification criteria, route leads through the CRM, and close the loop on which campaigns produce revenue
• Monitor community engagement and DMs as a lead source, and respond or route promptly
• Stay current on platform algorithm and ad product changes and adapt quickly

What we’re looking for
• 5-8 years in social media marketing, with at least 3 years where lead generation was your primary KPI
• A track record you can show: campaigns with specific CPL, lead volume or pipeline numbers attached
• Hands-on experience managing paid social budgets (please state the monthly range you’ve managed) across Meta, LinkedIn and at least one of
