Job Title
HR Executive (Human Resources)
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
* Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
* Assist in payroll coordination, employee queries, and HR administration.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
* Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.
* Support staff training, performance reviews,
and employee retention initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
