About the Role
The Patient Care Pharmacist (MR) will handle customer calls to understand healthcare and medicine-related needs and provide accurate, empathetic support. The role requires knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, dosage, and basic drug interactions and their effects on the body.
Responsibilities include addressing prescription queries, conducting medicine-related research, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer calls and understand their healthcare and medicine-related
requirements.
● Provide accurate information related to medicines, prescriptions, and dosage in accordance with defined guidelines.
● Apply knowledge of basic drug interactions and their potential effects on the body.
● Support prescription-related queries and activities.
● Conduct relevant medicine and prescription-related research as required.
● Maintain accurate and updated customer and prescription records.
● Communicate with customers professionally, clearly, and empathetically.
● Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
● Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and within defined timelines.
