Do you love building robots and explaining how they work? Rancho Labs is hiring Robotics Instructors to teach kids aged 7 to 14 at our Golf Course Road centre in Gurugram.
About Rancho Labs
Rancho Labs was founded in 2019 by IIT Delhi alumni and faculty and is incubated at IHFC, the Technology Innovation Hub of IIT Delhi. We teach Robotics and Coding to school students through hands-on projects: gesture-controlled cars, smart sensors, line followers and more. Over 15,000 students have learned with us.
What you will do
• Teach robotics, electronics and coding classes to students aged 7 to 14
• Guide students as they build robots with Arduino, sensors and motors
• Teach programming in Python and C++ in a way a 10-year-old can understand
• Take full ownership of your own batches and track each student’s progress
• Share regular progress updates with parents
• Mentor students for robotics competitions and exhibitions
• Work with our Curriculum and R&D; teams to build new projects
Must have
• Working knowledge of Python and C++
• Hands-on robotics experience: you have built robots or taken part in robotics competitions
• You genuinely enjoy teaching children and have patience with them
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Willingness to work full-time from our Golf Course Road, Gurugram centre
Good to have
• Experience teaching at a STEM, robotics or coding institute
• Experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors or IoT
• Exposure to basic AI projects
Freshers are welcome. If you learn quick and love teaching, we will train you on our curriculum, kits and teaching methods.
