About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Manager – International Holidays Sales to lead and grow our international holiday packages business.
The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, proven sales and conversion skills, and experience managing a sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving enquiry-to-booking conversions, mentoring team members, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage and motivate the International Holidays Sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




• Handle and convert high-value customer enquiries for international holiday packages.
• Drive sales performance through effective enquiry management, follow-ups and conversion strategies.
• Guide the team in designing customised international holiday itineraries and preparing competitive quotations.
• Build strong destination expertise across Europe, Southeast Asia, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Maldives and other popular international destinations.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, conversion ratios and revenue metrics.
• Train and mentor team members on destination knowledge, product selling, customer handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, average booking value and repeat business.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and effective management of customer enquiries from initial contact to booking confirmation.
