- Recruit, train & manage a team of insurance advisors
- Drive insurance sales (Life / Health / General) through open market & company leads
- Achieve monthly team & individual sales targets
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Regular field visits in Gomti Nagar & nearby areas
*Requirements:*
- 1-3 years experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales mandatory
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Must have a bike for field work
- Local candidates from Lucknow preferred
