Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Moga. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive room and banquet revenue, primarily through corporate, travel trade, and group business.



Daily activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, conducting sales calls and property visits, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with the front office, revenue, and operations teams to optimize occupancy, average rates, and guest satisfaction. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, participate in promotional activities and events, and ensure adherence to brand standards in all client interactions.
