ECL builds the software that funds B2B SaaS and AI companies. You'll work across two products: Flow, our US–India cross-border payments platform, and Financing, our global revenue-based financing platform for AI & SaaS. That means web apps, APIs, data pipelines and integrations with banks, payments and CRM systems. You'll touch all of it.



There is no separate backend or frontend team to hand things off to. You'll report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with product and the underwriting team in Bangalore.

What you'll do:

Design, build and ship features end to end: data model, API, UI, deployment. Own the technical design for the projects your team takes on, and write a good share of the code yourself. Build and maintain integrations with external systems (banking data, payments, CRM, document processing). Keep production healthy: observability, on-call rotation, incident follow-through, security hygiene. Raise the bar on engineering practice: code review, testing, CI/CD, documentation.
Lead (the rest) Lead a small team of engineers: set direction, break work down, unblock, review, and give regular feedback. Run the team's planning and delivery cadence with the product manager. Mentor the engineers on your team and grow them toward the next level. Be the technical point of c
