Are you a sales leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive revenue, and turn ambitious targets into real results?

The Artistic Company is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales (Director Level) to lead our sales operations, manage high-performing teams, and take ownership of sales performance and revenue growth.

? What will you be responsible for?
Lead and manage Appointment Setting Executives and Sales Executives.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build sales strategies, scripts, and processes that convert leads into customers.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Monitor sales pipelines, analyse performance, and forecast revenue.
Handle key client meetings and support complex deal closures.
Improve sales processes, CRM discipline, and team productivity.
Take complete ownership of project sales performance and revenue delivery.

✅ What are we looking for?




Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or field sales management.
Ability to coach teams, analyse sales funnels, and drive performance.
Experience in branding, marketing, design, or service-based sales is a plus.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to build and scale sales operations.
