Role Description The Linguist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Linguist will work on translation, localization, and adaptation of digital content across Indian languages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and editing language data, maintaining glossaries and style guides, and collaborating with project managers, engineers,



and other linguists to support language technology and AI-driven solutions. The role also involves quality checking localized content, contributing language expertise to product and platform development, and providing feedback on tools and workflows to improve efficiency. The Linguist is expected to stay updated on linguistic trends and evolving usage in their language specialties.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in at least one Indian language and English, with advanced skills in translation, localization, and cross-cultural adaptation.
• Demonstrated abilities in linguistic analysis, terminology management, and the creation and maintenance of glossaries and style guides.
• Experience with language technology tools, such as CAT tools, translation memory systems, or AI-assisted language platforms.
