Role Description The Sr. Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and distribution for MAYORA India’s portfolio in the assigned territory.



This role involves managing and developing distributors and channel partners, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring execution of trade promotions and merchandising activities at retail and wholesale outlets. The Sr. Area Sales Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities, manage territory budgets, and optimize ROI on trade investments. The role includes leading and coaching a field sales team, conducting regular market visits, and ensuring adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams is essential to ensure product availability, effective visibility, and alignment with overall business objectives.
