Role Description The Continental Commi-1 is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the continental kitchen operations. This role involves preparing mise en place, assisting in cooking and plating continental dishes according to standard recipes, and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation,



and portion control. The Continental Commi-1 will follow all hygiene and safety protocols, ensure cleanliness of workstations and equipment, and support inventory rotation and storage practices. The role also includes coordinating with senior chefs, communicating effectively with team members, and assisting in menu execution during service hours. The position requires adherence to company standards, timely execution of tasks, and readiness to support peak-hour kitchen operations.
Qualifications
