At CodeVyasa, we’re looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0-3 years of working experienced candidates who enjoys connecting with people, understanding business needs, and turning interest into meaningful business opportunities.
You’ll be working with potential clients, handling inbound leads, building conversations, and helping convert those conversations into qualified meetings for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Work primarily on inbound leads and understand their business requirements.
• Speak with prospects, ask the right questions, and identify genuine opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule business meetings with interested prospects.
• Follow up consistently to ensure scheduled meetings actually happen.
• Re-engage warm and previously connected leads to explore new opportunities.




• Support targeted outreach to potential clients and accounts when required.
• Coordinate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and provide complete context before handing over qualified opportunities.
• Keep track of leads, conversations, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Learn and confidently communicate CodeVyasa’s technology services to prospective clients.

What Are We Looking For?
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with prospects over calls.
• Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly.
• A proactive, target-driven, and ownership-oriented approach.
• Interest in B2B, IT Services, SaaS, technology, or software sales.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
