Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer with robust hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and deploying ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
The ideal candidate must have practical experience in end-to-end FSM implementation, including work order management, dispatching, scheduling, field service operations, and mobile workforce enablement. Candidates with only ITSM development, general ServiceNow customization, or production support experience without FSM implementation will not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions.
• Design and customize Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, and field service workflows.
• Configure Dispatching, Scheduling, Assignment,



Service Territories, and Service Resources.
• Implement Skills and Qualifications, Locations, and Field Agent management.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow Mobile Field Service application.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
• Perform configuration, customization, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate field service requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM implementation projects.
• Practical experience with Work Orders and Work Order Tasks.
• Field service dispatching, scheduling, and assignment configuration.
