Role Description The Student Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves providing individual and group counseling to students, helping them navigate academic, personal, and social challenges. The Counselor will guide learners in exploring career options, identifying strengths, and setting realistic educational and professional goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records, responding to student and parent inquiries,



and collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to support student success. The role also includes organizing orientation or guidance programs, offering information on educational opportunities, and ensuring a welcoming, respectful experience for every student.
