What you will Do:

Build, validate and deploy risk models end to end: PD and loss estimation, scorecards, limit-setting and early-warning systems.
Shape risk strategy, including credit policy, approval rules, limits and pricing, and back each change with data.
Drive marketing analytics: funnel and channel performance, CAC, conversion, lead scoring and attribution, so growth spend goes further.




Be the go-to analytics partner for Sales and Revenue teams, with pipeline insights, account prioritization and deal-level analysis that help close the right deals faster.
Apply ML (gradient boosting, survival models, clustering, anomaly detection and similar methods) where it beats rules, and be honest when it doesn't.
Build LLM-powered solutions that extract, summarize and reason over financial statements, bank data, contracts and notes.
Turn manual work into reliable, auditable AI-assisted workflows.
Monitor portfolio health, catch early signs of deterioration and act on them before they become losses.
Write the SQL, Python pipelines and dashboards that leadership relies on to make decisions.
Own models through their lifecycle: feature engineering, back-testing, monitoring, drift detection and recalibration.
Partner with Risk, Growth, Finance, Operations and Product, and turn complex analysis
