Role Description The Team Lead Designer will oversee interior design projects from initial client briefing through final installation, ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and timelines. This full-time role is on-site, based in Noida, and involves leading a design team, assigning tasks,



reviewing work, and maintaining design consistency across projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing 2D and 3D layouts, coordinating materials and finishes, and collaborating with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure precise execution. The Team Lead Designer will conduct client meetings, present design proposals, manage feedback, and provide regular project updates.
