Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based at MIA’s Kochi centre. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks for training programs, assessments, and learner services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring academic and operational processes, conducting audits of course delivery, reviewing training materials, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external accreditation standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will collect and analyze performance data, oversee feedback and complaint resolution, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with academic and administrative teams. The role also involves mentoring staff on quality standards, contributing to process improvements, supporting digital and blended learning quality checks, and preparing periodic quality reports for leadership.
