Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable packaging machine solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support,



maintaining regular communication with clients, and building strong relationships to drive repeat business. The Sales Engineer will also track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and product improvement.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain packaging machinery and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, negotiation, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
• Previous experience in industrial equipment or packaging machinery sales is highly beneficial.
