About the RoleWe are looking for customer-focused individuals with good to excellent English communication skills to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing operational support, maintaining records, and ensuring professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through email, phone, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage data entry, order processing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution.
• Follow SOPs,



SLA requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.

Required Skills• Good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
