About the Team:
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing the organisation’s IT infrastructure, Google Workspace setting, networking systems, endpoints, cloud accounts, software subscriptions, and related operational processes. The role requires hands-on experience in maintaining secure and reliable IT systems, resolving user and infrastructure issues,



managing technology assets, and monitoring cloud and software expenditure.

What Would This Role Entail?
• Infrastructure and Security
• Maintain servers, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, storage devices, and backup systems.
• Monitor network availability, system performance, storage capacity, and security alerts.
• Apply operating-system updates, security patches, device encryption, and endpoint protection.
• Maintain secure access controls, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege permissions.
• Manage backups, perform regular restoration tests, and document recovery steps and test results.
• Investigate technical or security incidents, document the cause, actions and outcome, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate vendor or specialist.
