? We’re Hiring | EDI Operations Specialist
We are looking for an experienced EDI Operations Specialist with strong expertise in ANSI X12 standards, EDI transaction management, data validation, and exception resolution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience analyzing EDI files, troubleshooting transaction failures, and ensuring accurate and timely electronic business document exchange.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end EDI transaction processing, monitoring, validation, and exception management.
• Work with ANSI X12 transaction sets, including:
• 850 – Purchase Order
• 855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgment
• 856 – Advance Ship Notice (ASN)
• 810 – Invoice
• 860 – Purchase Order Change
• 875 – Grocery Products Purchase Order
• 940 – Warehouse Shipping Order
• 997 – Functional Acknowledgment
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot raw EDI files and segments, including ISA, GS, ST, and SE.
• Identify and resolve transaction errors, data discrepancies, mapping issues, and missing or invalid information.




• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to minimize transaction failures and processing delays.
• Monitor transaction status, acknowledgments, and processing exceptions to ensure successful EDI transmission and receipt.
• Coordinate with clients, trading partners, and internal technical teams to resolve EDI-related issues.
• Maintain transaction accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established EDI specifications and business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Hands-on experience in EDI operations, transaction monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of ANSI X12 standards, transaction sets, and segment structures.
• Experience with EDI platforms, translation tools, and transaction mapping.
• Ability to analyze raw EDI data and identify technical and functional discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
