HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – People Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – People Operations to support the day-to-day execution of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.





The role will work closely with the HR Manager and business managers to ensure smooth HR operations, timely employee support, accurate HR data and effective execution of people programs.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations
• Manage day-to-day employee HR queries and provide timely resolution.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and timesheet-related processes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and employee-related payroll queries.
• Ensure HRMS data is accurate and updated.
• Performance & People Processes
• Coordinate quarterly/annual performance and OKR/KRA cycles.
• Track completion of goal setting, reviews and appraisal activities.
• Maintain performance trackers and prepare required MIS.
• Support managers and employees with performance process-related queries.
