HR & Payroll Executive

At Albedo Technologies, we’re building the systems, processes and team needed to scale a technology company. We’re looking for an HR professional who can take ownership of our people operations, payroll and HR administration while establishing structured, compliant and productive internal processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, discreet with confidential information and capable of independently managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Compensation

* Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, payslips and payroll records.
* Handle employee attendance, leave tracking, reimbursements, deductions and full-and-final settlements.
* Coordinate salary disbursements with the finance team and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
* Manage TDS on salaries, Form 16 coordination and payroll-related tax documentation.
* Maintain employee compensation records, CTC structures and salary revisions.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

* Manage onboarding, employee documentation,



employment agreements and personnel files.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave policies and HR databases.
* Handle probation reviews, confirmation letters, promotions, resignations and exit formalities.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and standard operating procedures.
* Manage employee queries, workplace concerns and conflict resolution professionally.

3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation

* Coordinate applicable EPF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and other statutory requirements, depending on eligibility and applicable law.
* Coordinate with the company’s CA, payroll consultant and legal advisors for filings, audits and compliance deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records for employment contracts, statutory registers and employee-related documentation.
* Track regulatory changes and ensure timely escalation of compliance requirements.
