Who You Are

You have impeccable visual taste. You have work you love, from posters, title sequences, packaging, wherever, and you can say exactly why it works. You notice the little design flaws on hoardings and bad gradients on banners or social posts, and it bothers you. You care about getting it right, and you have the instinct to reject something that’s technically clean but somehow wrong.

You’re at home in Adobe, Figma or other design tools. You’re always trying the newest AI tools, keeping the ones that earn their place. But you use them like a designer, not a vending machine. You know when to generate, when to fix by hand, and when to throw the output away and start over.

You can make things move. Animated posts, kinetic type, logo reveals, carousels that come alive. Keyframe it or prompt it, we care about the result, not the route.

You’ll work on social content,



campaign creatives (online and offline), motion pieces, pitch decks and brand/visual identity. You’ll work with writers to develop the idea and see it through.

Agency life means deadlines are real, and sometimes challenging. We need someone who can think clearly under pressure and own their output.
