Role Description The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves preparing detailed technical and engineering drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants,



piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and related structural elements using CAD software. The CAD Drafter will collaborate closely with project engineers to translate conceptual designs and specifications into accurate 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Daily tasks include updating drawings based on design revisions, maintaining drawing documentation, supporting tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with project teams to resolve design-related queries. The role also involves ensuring that all drawings are clear, consistent, and ready for fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
