About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Purchase professional to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials, products, and services required for our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in vendor management, negotiation,



sourcing, and procurement, along with positive knowledge of construction and building materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects.
• Source and procure construction and building materials, including electrical, plumbing, civil and finishing materials.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Project, Site, Accounts, and Management teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
• Monitor vendor performance, material quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
• Track market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
